  4. Now heat oil in pan add bay leaves, cardamom in it add the purie we made and cook it by stirring..
  5. Cook until the mixture leave the sides, add red chilli powder, garam masala and salt saute for 2 minutes. Add cream / malai in it stir constantly add 1 cup water in it.bring it to boil and gravy become thicker..
  6. Now add Paneer and veggies in it, pour soaked Kesar and sugar in it. cook it for 2 minutes..
  7. Add crushed Kasuri methi in it..
  8. Serve Paneer tikka masala with tandoori roti or naan. Adding coriander leaves and cream in it..
