Back to the pan, heat it with a tablespoon of oil, add the blended paste to it. Add ginger garlic paste. Once the rawness is gone,add all the powders. You can change the quantity of powder as per your taste requirement,but the basic taste of this should be of the garam masala.
Add water as required but make sure it is a thick gravy and not too watery.
Add salt to taste.
One the gravy starts to boil,add the sauted/grilled paneer.Check for salt level and add if required.
Simmer the flame,close the pan with a lid and let it heat for about a minute.
Garnish with fresh coriander.
